We were back at the lodge painting this morning. I was continuing with the windows and The Man started staining the rails round the verandah.

After lunch we collected The B-I-L for our trip to a garden centre, Dobbies this week. My calf muscles weren't standing up well to all the standing up on the step-ladder. After sitting still for the journey I could hardly walk when I tried to get out of the car. Thankfully, I made it to the cafe. I felt much better after a latte and a scone!

I bought two plants but neither are in flower so that blip will have to wait.
