Beadnell Harbour

The last day of our wee Northumbrian coastal break. The wind which had been ever present all week had picked up to a howling gale and so the bike ride we had planned had to be shelved. Instead we had a meander home via Beadnell Harbour for a wee photo stop. The tide was out, the clouds were menacing and the swell which is just out of shot was phenomenal. The harbour where this shot was taken was perfectly sheltered from the elements.
