Chester FC 4 Buxton 0

Chester warmed up for the Play-Off Semi-Final next Sunday with a terrific performance against in-form Buxton. The visitors needed a win to qualify themselves but were swept away by arguably the best home display of the season. 

We won't know the opponents until Wednesday but it will be either Brackley Town or Gloucester City. The race for the other play-off places was thrilling with changes all afternoon. Chorley were 4th with 15 minutes to go but they conceded late goals to Gloucester and amazingly finished in 12th place. 

After the game the players thanked the fans. Alex Kenyon is in the centre with his daughter.
