Storyhouse

I went into Chester to see if I could sort out tickets for a future event at the Storyhouse. I had tried online but couldn't do what I wanted to do and when I got to Storyhouse there was no-one who could answer my query and I was told to ring or email the ticket office when it is open. As it is a Bank Holiday I'm guessing there will be no-one who can help tomorrow either.
