'Teeny Tiny Little House'

I drive past this teeny little house twice every day on my way to work through Eltham and I have no idea about it's history. The house is right on the main road and only a matter of a few feet from the picket fence to the house.

I've always been very intrigued about this, maybe someone local will be able to give me some info about it.

Another win to the Hawks today to make it 8 straight, but not without a scare from the Gold Coast Suns who played a great 2 and a half quarters of football.
