On The Nest

A couple of days ago I checked our video nest box and could see something had built a nest but not having seen anything fly in or out we weren't sure if it was in use. Mrs BB saw a blue tit fly in and on checking this morning I can see we have at least seven eggs - and the photo' shows a parent sitting on them having just flown in!

I was at my oldest son's house for the midday kick-off of the Cardiff City FC v Huddersfield Town match. Cardiff were assured of not being relagated after beating  rivals Rotherham 1-2 on Thursdaym and Reading drawing 1-1 yesterday. We were poor (maybe 3 games in 10 days?) and lost 1-2. Their manager, Neil Warnock, got a great reception from Cardiff fans for what he did when Cardiff manager and he responded with our signature hands to head wave we call the 'ayatollah!'

A bit of a rubbish day weather wise, Mrs BB informs me it's going to be a sunny Bank Holiday Monday!  Enjoy!
