Finally had a really good night’s sleep, got up feeling rested. Had some breakfast then felt sleepy again, so went to sit in bed with a mug of tea to read for a bit. I woke up 2 hours later, at about 11.30. Oops!

Continued to be very unproductive for a few hours, then cleaned the bathroom, made pesto, repotted some basil, did some life admin and generally tried to make up for my wasted hours.

Matt‘s gone out for dinner with the boys tonight so I had a walk up the hill to make the most of the rain stopping. It ended up being a longer walk as Tesco was quite empty so I walked along to Perrett’s for this view (also saw a baby fox but wasn’t quick enough for a photo), and then back down Wells Road.
