Birthday Celebration

A trip to Beaconsfield for a family get together. The first since my mum’s ninetieth which was five years ago. The first time I have seen my cousin in almost 25 years! Sadly Ruth couldn’t come but we had a video chat with some of the family later. Really good to catch up with everyone … and the food was excellent thanks to hostess Jackie, who along with brother Steve celebrates a significant birthday this year.

I haven’t received the group pics yet so the blip is a pic of the present I made for them.

Thankfully Ruth is feeling brighter. We shared some left-overs when I got back to the hospital in Birmingham in the evening.
