BnF Richelieu

The highlight of today was a lunch with my former high school French teacher - she was and continues to be a huge inspiration to me and it was a real pleasure to see her and to catch up! 

I worked at the BnF Richelieu today. In the afternoon, the only desks available were at the back and on the second floor so I was able to see a part of the library I'd never seen before. This photo is taken from up there.

It was a beautiful day out and J did an epic bike ride - 80km and 1100m of climbing up Mont Valérien.
