Street Photographer

Michael Harding visited the photo society this evening and gave an outstanding presentation on his philosophy of street photography. So many inspirational thoughts about focus, composition, breaking the rules...

He was hugely entertaining and gave us the encouragement to go out there and take photographs. Not many will work but we will have fun in the process.

So I took Michael out onto the fire escape at the interval break for a portrait. There down in the courtyard is Margaret Marks taking a photo back up to us.

Afterwards in the pub we had a good chat and a play with Michael's gorgeous Nikon F2 film camera. 

A super evening.
