Proper Pakoras & Spicy Samosas

I was in town today for an appointment.  That went well - waiting 20 minutes is pretty standard for a doctors appointment here.  I need to get my ankle looked at.  I got the necessary referral and went straight to the clinic to arrange an appointment.

When you want to see a Facharzt (a specialist), then you expect a wait of at least 6 months.

I went to the clinic.  

"Hi I'd like to arrange an appointment."  
"Would Friday at 12:45 suit you?"
"Yes, yes it would".

That's in 2 days - you don't ever get that.  I was more than a little surprised.

To celebrate, I went to my local Indian Supermarket and picked up delicious things for dinner.

And to top off the day, I'm heading off to work with my donkeys and it's sunny.
