Tulips in Aviemore

A cool brisk northerly give a lie to the bright sunshine tipping the petals of these tulips.

We were off for an early evening walk after our visitors for lunch had gone home when I noticed how the sun caught the light on our next door neighbour’s tulips.

Plenty of chat and good food over lunch and during the afternoon. Lasagne followed by rhubarb crumble and ice cream. I worked with Lynda when Deputy Dawg at Woodlands school in the final 5 years of the 20th century.
