'Colonies' style building

I don't know if that is the correct term but the jist of it that the stone staircases are on the outside of the sandstone building. I've always found it appealing and it's facing the right way as it is kissed by the sun. (Subject to availability, terms and conditions apply.) I'd love to see inside one of these homes.
