Enthroned

Here we are having a whale of a time to celebrate the birthday and 26 years of service with the organisation (and counting) of Musa, the colleague enthroned at the front of the group.

I liked a point made by one of the facilitators today. The phrase of ‘islands of excellence’ is often used whereas we should think of ‘oceans and seas of excellence.’ The latter is much more inspirational and ambitious than small areas within a general landscape of mediocrity. Three cheers to oceans and seas.
