Sloe GIn

After breakfast and some more blether, cousin J adjusted the tyre pressures on the hire car (which had still been displaying a warning) and I set off for Cheltenham. Found the theatre, parked, found the hotel, eventually met up with Robb who had arrived by train, and did the concert. It was good - some very old friends turned up, lovely to see them. (Singing was a bit exhausting after all that talking, mind.)

Finally engaging with back-blipping, the only photo I found was this one of the sloe gin made by the cousins' son-in-law in Munich. J's mother, my redoubtable auntie Gladys, once told me how to make sloe gin - she would have been very proud!
