127/365 Cygnus Olor

It's a mute swan to you and me but it's scientific name is in the title. It's a native of much of Eurosiberia apparently and even the far north of Africa.
This one climbed or rather tried hopping up this small waterfall and after several attempts managed to do it.

After church and then breakfast this morning we caught the bus into Stratford and wandered around town and then along Waterside for a while looking at the market stalls. Eventually we called at Lambs in Sheep Street where we shared a starter, a bowl of olives, and a bottle of Italian white wine, sitting outside as the weather was so pleasant.

Back home again on the bus for an hour or so and then across to our local to meet up with a friend and her brother whose birthdays are today. No surprise if I tell you that they are twins. Lots of other friends there too to help them celebrate. Much banter and much laughter, just like it should be.

Hoping that your Sunday has been nice so far and that you enjoy the rest of it x
