Notes: Only slept 4-5 hrs but got up and opened up for more air flow - still a bit of coolness overnight. Went back to bed and slept a little more. Ended up being a fairly busy day which is great. Watched some healing videos in the morning (Jo Gifford, Anne Ishikawa), went to pool for short time, outdoor shower and back 1130a-ish (not a soul in sight - was fantastic!). Jumped back online into Photoshop and started working on Joe's postcard. Time just disappears when I do that so was almost 2p till I ate and then back online. Got some guidance from Ryan on a video editing program and was able to get the one I wanted downloaded. Pulled one of Jo's in and started adding intro and some music - just did a test one but it came out well! She was up very early in Australia and we jumped on Zoom and chatted about her biz for awhile - listened to lots of music samples for intro/outro and laughed much at the ones that didn't fit! Felt good. Have more to refresh and learn about video editing and some things to create - feel good about that. Was after 4p already when we ended our chat but then came back again later and both started editing in Canva for intro/outro - fun!
