Falkirk Parkrun

Parkrun (http://www.parkrun.org.uk/) is a free, timed, 5k run. There are literally hundreds of Parkruns around Britain and other parts of the world, every Saturday morning.

I used to be a regular at Falkirk Parkrun, but with the way that kids' classes have worked out, it's not easy to get there. But with a class being cancelled this weekend, Cameron and I were able to go for a run.

This is the pre-run briefing, after which we all walked to the start and had our run. Cameron did extremely well, finishing in 29:34. I was running with him, but when he sprinted off in the last fifty yeards he left me a long way behind!
