Somebody has buried The BFG!

Well .... Spring didn't last long! What a change in the weather ..... rain for most of the morning .... then chilly & overcast for the afternoon.

Undaunted we headed out for a bit of a wander ..... saw a Nuthatch & actually managed to get a photo :-)

We passed a pond & noticed this duck with rather unusual plumage .... thought it also deserved to be blipped :-)

Then as we passed a play area we noticed that somebody had buried the BFG!
He had been there for quite a while as the grass was growing over him! Thought it was a really fun thing so it also had to be blipped ..... though the photo doesn't really do it justice!

Just as we were almost back to the car it began to rain ..... pretty good timing on our part!
