My old notes of recipes

I can't cook without exact instructions, which means that I do not read cookbooks like musicians read sheet music. That is why I always draw a picture of the procedure, and actually I wonder why cookbook authors do not do the same. I think that sketches like the ones above would help even an experienced cook. You can see it all with one glance. : )
