They Made It

... from Birmingham to Faro, and we made it from Mourão to Faro to pick them up, all feels rather an accomplishment. And then, after breakfast and a walk on the beach, we all made it to our home in Mourão, with a stop on the way to give an English gin to Duarte as a small thank-you for all he did.

Gratefuls:
- having family here again, with us
- making my first gluten-free meal, though the spaghetti wasn't great (any hints, anyone?)
- Jaime and kids coming to chat, and show their newborn lamb

Oh, and please forgive, as I know you will, but I'll mainly just be leaving stars and hearts when I read your journals tonight; I need my bed.
