Monkey on the Bed

On my bed, with dirty feet and tomato sauce on her face! 

And a glorious walk in Sutton Park with Deb, Sam, Tom, Charlee the dog, and the Monkey - just look at that beech; amazing trees everywhere (see extra).

Gratefuls:
- some progress on a talk I have to give, thanks to Sam and Deb
- listening to Paul practice his sermon for Sunday
- Mike fixing more things in the house, he really is a wonder
