A very pleasant sunshine cycle which included a look at the beach. 
When trying to photograph a few horses, one of them took too close an interest, and kept following me. Perhaps the food in my pannier bag was a factor. 
1st extra: Surfing silhouettes. These youngsters really seemed to be enjoying themselves. 
2nd extra: "Pah, puny biped - you can't even produce one horsepower."
