Gnarly.

An early trip to Stirling University this morning to check out the rhododendrons. They are stunning but I was drawn to this gnarly big old tree which wouldn’t look out of place in Lord of the Rings.
While there we spotted a massive monkey puzzle tree and I just couldn’t resist the label(maybe that should be “lable “) on the trunk. You’d think that a university would be able to get the spelling right! Extra photo.
This afternoon we dropped in on Fiona and little A who was having fun decorating herself with stickers. (Other extra photo) Mag and I also got decorated!
