Classic Car show?

That question mark is not a mistake. Knowing that the gates opened at 10.30 this morning, MaggieD and I set out at about 9.30 for Bridge of Allan. However, fates intervened and we hit a mahoosive traffic jam caused by two old cars breaking down at a strategic roundabout. We were stuck with a Triumph TR4  behind us and a Ford Cortina 1600E in front. By the time we parked the car and walked back, it was 10.30, all the cars were in the show grounds and all I could get to photograph were the two above, a TVR Chimera and an Aston Martin DB6. While both are exceptionally worthy cars, I would have liked to have seen a few more.
Today’s extra was taken at the Kelpies this morning. A pair of swans have been nesting near the Kelpies, see previous blips, but today another male showed up and was acting very aggressively. The resultant punch-up looked to end in the death of one or the other! I will see what tomorrow brings.
