Yellow

We drove to Chiseldon, Wiltshire to meet up with good friends Steve and Julia. We cycled along the national cycle network route into Marlborough town centre where we enjoyed a coffee in a town centre pub.

The blipfoto is taken on the cycle back to the start, late afternoon, of a splendid yellow field of rapeseed crop. I like the bands of colours in it.

We got back to our friends house in the Cotswold Water Park about 5pm where we enjoyed a couple of hours on their patio soaking up the sunshine and chat over a meal.

They did offer for us to stay the night but there's nowt like sleeping in your own bed, and it was nice to watch the sun setting as we drove home.
