Birthday Ball

It has been a warm day - about 23 degrees C, but despite of this, I decided to train outdoors in the middle of the day.

We are going to the World Championship next week and it might be warm there too, so we need to adapt to the higher temperatures and get used to work through it. 

Gollum worked really well and so did the younger boys too, so I was very pleased. 

My picture is Gollum with one of his Birthday balls that he got yesterday.
We used it as reward in training today.
