What I've Done

Top of the fell

Deb had entered the Lakeland Trails race at Staveley today - she was in the 1.00 18Km "Challenge" - and posted a very respectable time and was 12th in her class.

The main pic was taken at the "sting in the tail" which is a hill at the 16Km point that the runners have to make their way over the summit - at least it's all downhill from there.

The extra is the third place runner in the 2.00 "race" (for really serious fell runners) - who overtook many of the "challenge" racers that started an hour ahead - he finished in 1 hour 20 minutes - and he still had time for a "jump for joy" when he spotted me with the camera.

In the evening we went to the Sands Theatre in Carlisle with Debs Brother to see Dara O'Briain - a very full day out.
