New homes on the riverside in Barnstaple.
These new, modern homes have all gone up within the last couple of years and there are still more being constructed. I went and viewed one  when they first went on the market - but the houses aren't suitable for old bones - 3 storey with loads of steps! They are beautifully set up inside though.  Not seen inside the flats.
