Oot and aboot...

Up and out by 9am to go for a blood test, thankfully just locally, and that was done and dusted in no time (I am notoriously difficult to get blood from so must have been feeling generous :-))

Quick pit stop in Perth to drop off a parcel and hand a cheque into the bank (remember those?  Cheques I mean, although banks are a pretty rare species now too!) then off to Glendoick Garden Centre just north of Perth.  Despite living in the area for 11 years, it's the first time we've been.

Hunger dealt with, we had a mooch around the shop.  I say a mooch, we were there for over three hours!  Bought some plants to replace the ones we've lost in the pots.  

Left there and headed to Dobbie's garden centre in Perth, where we bought some more plants, nothing fancy, just some pot fillers and some herbs, but the car was pretty full on the way home.

Hoping the weather stays dry over the next few days so I can get the pots emptied and re-potted.  Also ordered some new garden furniture and that arrives on Thursday, so if you are looking for someone to blame for the heavy rainfall from Thursday onwards, you don't have to look far ;-))
