Centaurea

This is Amethyst in Snow, it's said to be the first bicolour perennial centaurea. I do hope it's perennial, I only bought it this year.

I can't actually say I've done a lot today, just some packing, but more about that later. I suppose the best thing I did was make Mary Berry's Sticky Soy and Ginger Pork, a nice roast pork fillet with a sweet marinade. I saw it on TV last Saturday morning. I like to watch the cookery programmes while I'm cleaning the lodge.
