Busy buzzing

The sun put in another appearance today ..... though it has turned rather more hazy as the day has progressed!

There was plenty of buzzing in the garden ...... the Welsh Poppies were proving very popular.

Managed to get this photo of the White-tailed Bumblebee circling the centre of the poppy.

They make a higher pitched buzzing noise as they do this to stimulate the production of nectar ... very clever :-)

Supermarket shopping shortly ..... try saying that quickly! Lol
