Today's the day I managed to photo an oyster catcher.  Alright it is walking along the shore.  I did try when it was flying, but that one wasn't sharp enough.  Not far today and only a couple of thousand steps.  This isn't bad.  The knee isn't swollen, but depending on how I move my leg, it is sore.  This is Maryport, a beach at the end of the harbour and very pleasant it was too.  A calm day with little wind and the sun shining.  Waves lapping and oyster catchers 'whistling' made for a relaxing stay.
