Threatening clouds

The clouds this evening were amazing. I am fascinated by clouds and their different formations and colours. What does this cloud mean?!
Today has been a strange day with soft rain, sunshine, a cloudburst this afternoon. And it rained in the night too. 
The worrying new this evening was that stage 8 load shedding can be expected in the winter months - that is 16 hours with no power. How will small businesses survive. I pray this doesn't happen, and again, I am grateful that we now have solar power.
