Curtain twitcher

I felt OK today after yesterday's exertions - tired, but a bit less 'Covid-y'.  Had a decent work day, with a couple of meetings, and lots of checking documents.  Talking of which, we received the final report on the house we're buying today - and the contract, which we signed after reading through the many pages of the report and accompanying documents.  We popped over to our neighbour Chris's again in the afternoon, for him to kindly witness our signatures (took him a bottle of wine this time, to thank him for that, and for all his hard work on our residents' committee).

I had a few birthday cards to post after work, and the weather was lovely, so I went for a slightly longer walk around the block.  Spent quite a while at the 'nature hotel' tree (as I think of it), watching parakeets and a nuthatch going in and out of the holes in the tree :)
