CUTE LITTLE BEGGAR!

We went for a walk at Michigan State University today, hoping to get a blip opportunity as well as some much needed exercise. While on the river walk, this little guy came running up to us - obviously fairly tame, as if to say, "I'll do some tricks for you if you'll give me a treat." Part of me wishes we would have had something to give him because he was so cute, but it's best not to feed wildlife. After a quick try, he scampered off to find success elsewhere.

I had some nice pictures of robins, a wren and ducks, as well as a black squirrel and various flowers, but the squirrel with personality won 'blip of the day'. MSU is a nice place for a walk when the students are away. This being a holiday weekend and between their spring & summer terms, it was a safe bet that we'd have a peaceful time of it. It was about 57 degrees (F), cloudy & very windy, so the weather could have been better, but we had a nice time anyway.
