Speed

I liked the effect that another Blipper, Brendie, got with this picture a few weeks ago, so I decided to experiment myself. I tried a few different shutter speeds but it also depended on the speed of the vehicle as to what effect I got. This was the best of the bunch and it's definitely a work in progress, but I can see possibilities. I shall keep trying!
