Mono Monday: Relaxed

Relaxed?  Well, I may as well now, but I wasn't.  You see, I've been waiting for a phone call to say my car was ready to collect after the problems last week.  The garage is a half hour drive away so at 4pm I phoned to see if it was likely to be ready today.  The call was diverted to their head office but a bright young lady assured me someone would call back with the information.  I'm still waiting and it's now past their closing time.

I'm not so concerned about the car being ready although it's a nuisance as I won't now be able to collect it until Thursday.  But why can't people phone back when they say they will?
