Monday Night

For years and years we have had a cold platter on Monday nights (daughter Julia called it 'a mixture' - and she loved it).  
It stems from the 'old way' of having a roast joint over the week-end and having any left-overs cold on Monday.  That generally works for us supplemented by a Pork Pie, additional (bought in) cold cuts and accompanied by a selection of tracklements. Most enjoyable :-)
