Ruben is off to State Cross Country...

Today was Ruben's Regional Cross Country event... After battling a bug since last Saturday he put in a sterling effort to finish in 4th place which means he's got an invitation to run in the State Cross Country event in mid July in Hervey Bay which is over 3 hours drive away and will require a 2 night stay and miss the Monday at High School... This being his last year at High School it meant that it was his last year to try and make it to States which at the beginning of the year he set as his main running goal... So proud of him for not giving up when he came down with a bug...
