Solitary snowball

Back to day to day reality today after a fab long weekend, although not back at work 'til next Monday. So the car in for a service first thing this morning and then a day of doing jobs that don't really get seen in term time. I got to the end of a pottering day without any real blip-opportunities so I braved the garden in the rain to take this for posterity. My poor snowball viburnum has only produced one flower this year having become infested with a beetle which only goes for viburnums. It will have to come out this year and be replaced by something a bit more resilient. Such a shame as it has moved gardens with me and has been full of snowballs every May until now.
