Ceanothus - possibly

A day at my desk, which left me, for a million tiny reasons, in a FOUL 'I need a new job/flat/life' mood. Retreated home to avoid falling out with anyone, only to get a call for help from colleagues - the 7pm office lockdown had left one shut out of the office with his possessions (phone, wallet, jacket, keys) inside & no way in. I've been there, but thankfully had house keys & jacket! Situation resolved & possessions reunited with rather stressed owner.

Decided my day was not too bad.

Snapped a quick pic of this fab tree - which may or may not be a Ceanothus, it seems to be difficult to identify a tree without having some leaves to examine - for a bit of brightness.
