I went to a Tea Dance this morning and yes, it did include tea & scones! It was arranged by a local Jive & Dance group, especially for anyone looking to learn a new way of dancing. Quite a few people turned up, and it would have been a little crowded with any more. Everyone joined in and it was great fun! I loved it. I used to go to Ceroc evenings in Christchurch but that was way before the earthquakes so I was really starting to learn all over again. Apparently they have sessions for beginners and I’m very tempted to go! It was held at Te Atamira, in Remarkables Park.
