Thatched churches

Today we went and visited 2 new thatched churches, this morning the top picture St Mary’s Thornham Parva and this afternoon the bottom one St Mary’s Uggeshall both in Suffolk the first about 18 miles and the other about 4
It was very pleasant driving through the countryside and both churches were open so we went in, the first had a lot of medieval wall paintings the second mostly Victorian.
When we got back several people were playing Kubb a sot of skittles we watched for a while 
Dancing in the hall this evening 
Sunny again and still cool but a bit better than yesterday
