I fitted three wall lights in the living room this morning and also blanked-off a light fitting in the hallway. The ceiling fittings are however going to be quite tricky as they will involve crawling in the roof space. There are a total of nineteen  light fittings in the ceilings throughout the house that will need replacement, so I might just call in an electrician to do this work.

A trip to Rhyl this afternoon and back again this evening to pick someone up from the station.

The sun was setting at around 9:20 pm this evening.  The Irish Sea coast is seven miles away as the crow flies and the wind farms are probably a couple more miles offshore.

At a stretch, I was just able to take this photo from the  front of the house using a long lens.
