Hafodunos Hall

I headed over to Ruthin first thing to try out the Park Run there. It was the first Park Run since my ablation and since I stopped taking the anti-arrhythmic medication so I took it steady with my slowest ever time of 29 minutes and 1 second (see extra).

This afternoon we visited Hafodunos Hall as the grounds were open all weekend as part of a charity Open Gardens scheme. The gardens are well kept but the listed Grade 1 hall is in the early stages of renovation following damage by arson in 2004.
