Burgeoning

Blipfriends have suggested we're spending too much time gardening, wondering where we're putting all that compost. But just over a year ago, there was nothing here but years of neglect and ground elder.

Everything has been grown over the last three years from seeds, cuttings we rooted ourselves, and small pots from local plant sales. Judging by the way things are reaching for the sky, not bad, even if it does mean moving so many things up a container size.

There's a way to go before we can reproduce Hidcote's herbaceous borders in containers. Still ... Mrs Oons has just said we need more compost. Lawks!
