Rose.

Today I thought I would experiment. and this is the best result.  What I wanted was the rose to appear partially hidden by smoke.  I know, it sounds daft, but I tried.
The white is smoke.  I had hoped to get it swirling, so I'll have another go soon.
The smoke is made by lighting, and then blowing out, an incense stick
The flowers are a bunch Adam bought on his birthday for his mum.  He still misses her especially on his birthday.
Today was my appointment about my knee.  I am going to 'manage' it with ice packs, painkillers, heat packs and ibuprofen gel.  We'll see how that goes and hope this sorts it.  If I remember not to twist or slip I should be ok.
