Countryside.

This is a photo of Harrington Nature Reserve, or Rezza.  It used to be a reservoir in the past before its transformation to a reserve.  This was taken in the early afternoon an it was quiet.  I was treated to an aerial display by gulls.  and a heron flew through too.  To slow to photograph it. Never mind one day I'll photograph one in flight.  This photograph is early summer and you can see how green it is.  Flag Irises were in bloom, but what caught my eye were the flowers on the bank, the dark green trees and the light brown rushes in front of them.  There wasn't much water entering the reserve today so you could see the bottom.  What wildfowl there was were resting on the bank, like me resting on a bench.
