Peaches knows how to relax.
It is a hazy view across the lake tonight due to smoke from the fires, It is now plural, there is another fire just north of where the other one has been burning since Sunday afternoon. There are more evacuations, There is also another out of control fire burning in south western Nova Scotia, much larger in size, but it does not affect as many people.
Despite there being a fire ban in NS since Sunday, and it has been well publicized, some people have been caught having a fire. As a result, there is a ban for any activity, hiking, biking, ATV's, camping in the woods. My favorite Shubie Park has been closed. I am not sure about other parks and trails or if beaches have been closed.
I am having the same feelings that I had when covid started and everything was shut down and you were told to stay in your neighborhood
Higher temperatures in the forecast for the next few days. Pray that we get the rain that is forecast for Friday night and Saturday.
